Have a Dell A926. Removed paper jam – found no paper ANYWHERE inside. Yet, message comes up “Clear paper jam”. Won’t even print “Test Page” Help!

I have a Dell962 all in one printer. It will scan or print from the pc, but will not copy or scan directly from the printer. It used to copy full sheets, but now only partial copies come out when paper is placed on the printer.

I have a dell 924 all in one. It will scan and copy, but not print and gives a incorrect port detected. It says printer is designed to work with USB cables only. It worked in the past and was not used for a while waiting on new ink. Some please help.

I have a Dell PHoto 926 which powers up but does not print. The LCD screen says it’s printing, but no paper goes through and no printing takes place. I’m also not able to copy. I’ve tried powering down, removing and replacing the power cord, etc. It is an older model, so perhaps it’s just outlived its life expectancy. Could be a power supply problem, not sure. Any thoughts?

More on the Dell 966. When you push Copy or Fax it starts the mode but then shuts down and re-initializes the printer and basically returns to ready mode. Sometimes it spits out a blank piece of paper. When you print from the computer it works normal.

I have a Dell photo 966 All in one. I was using refills and the printer thought the cartridges were empty. One day a fax came in but it would not print it. It still says it’s in memory yet it will not print. Just after this the printer only prints documents from the computer. The Scan and Copy funtion do not work. I have tried restoring all defaults but no luck. Any ideas?

I have a Dell 3000cn printer. All of the sudden one day it decided that it was out of paper even though it wasn’t. I have tried taking the paper out and putting it back in, resetting, unplugging, canceling, screaming and yelling, pushing every button on it but nothing seems to work. I paid a decent amount of money for this thing to say nothing of what I pay for the ink. Can you help me?

I have a fairly new Dell V515w printer and it has all of a sudden stopped printing envelopes. It prints other documents but not envelopes. How can that be fixed?
